The unique design of the Moto Tassinari V-Force 4X Reed Valve features double the reed tip surface compared to traditional reed valve designs. The V-Force 4X boasts a redesigned cage, now produced in-house by Moto Tassinari, increasing airflow and reducing costs.

The reed petals of the V-Force travel only half the distance compared to a traditional reed valve design to achieve the same airflow. This provides a greater likelihood of them being fully open and better sealing when "closed." The screw-free design eliminates the risk of screws penetrating the engine and allows for quick changes of the reed petals.
