Product information

Bearing Worx front wheel bearings kit

This kit consists of ball bearings and dust seals and is used to replace damaged or worn bearings.

The bearings in the kit are shielded which means they have a coating which helps protect the bearing by preventing dust and debris from getting inside the bearing.

Additionally, the kit also includes dust seals that are specifically designed to further protect the bearings from dust and debris. Dust seals are small rubber sleeves that cover the side of the bearing and seal it from the ingress of dust and debris. This helps keep the bearing clean and lubricated, reducing friction and extending its life.

There are several signs that wheel bearings need to be replaced. Here are some of the more common signs:
1. Noise: If you hear a continuous rattling or squealing sound while riding your motorcycle, it could be a sign that your wheel bearings need to be replaced.
2. Vibrations: If you feel vibrations while driving, especially when you accelerate or decelerate, it could be a sign that the wheel bearings are worn or damaged.
3. Play in the wheel: If you notice play in the wheel or if the wheel moves sideways, it could be a sign that the wheel bearings are damaged. We therefore recommend that you periodically check it.

In general, if the wheel bearings are not replaced when necessary this could cause more damage to your motorcycle and affect its safety while riding.

For replacement, it is recommended to consult the instruction manual of your motorcycle or take it to a qualified mechanic for service.
