Mounting the saddle seat foam:
The assembly procedure of the saddle seat foams is quite simple. First, you need to remove the original saddle, which is usually fixed by two screws underneath it. Remove the existing cover and foam and glue the new foam onto the saddle frame using a glue suitable for fabrics or plastics. Once fixed, wait for the glue to dry completely before reassembling the cover that covers the seat foam.

Difference between standard height saddle or 15mm higher:
Choosing the most suitable model will depend on personal preferences but also on the height of the rider. A very tall rider with a standard saddle could ride more crouched and have to make more effort to move from sitting to standing on the footrests, on the contrary a short rider could find it difficult on slow and bumpy routes where you need to have good support.
In general, the choice between a high or low saddle also depends on the type of race or course that will be tackled and on his riding style, the important thing is that the rider chooses the saddle that allows him to express himself at best on the bike and that he ensure comfort and safety while driving.
