Afam uses the best steel alloys to produce its sprockets.
The teeth, with an exclusive Afam profile, are hardened by induction to ensure maximum durability.
They are made using a computerized system that allows you to check the perfect profile of the teeth.
The manufacturing of Afam sprockets follows a production line designed to obtain practically perfect pieces: assembly points, external and keying diameters, tooth profile are made so that concentricity is maximized.
The "self-cleaning" version has inclined milling at the base of the teeth to generate centrifugal self-cleaning when used on muddy terrain, as well as lightening obtained through appropriate drilling.
