Bearing Worx crankshaft bearing and seal kits

Purchasing a single kit that includes both bearings and oil seals simplifies the crankshaft replacement process. There is no need to purchase bearings and oil seals separately, but everything you need is included in the kit.

At each end of the crankshaft there are two oil seals, which are particular gaskets that create a seal on a rotating pin of the crankshaft and are essentially rubber rings held by a metal casing; the seal is created by a rubber lip held in compression along the entire circumference by a circular spring.

These two oil seals prevent the leakage of air from the outside into the crankcase in the intake stroke (when the piston goes up) and the leakage of mixture from the crankcase to the outside in the compression stroke (when the piston goes down).

The main bearings are located inside the crankcase and support the crankshaft. During the use of the motorcycle, the bearings undergo friction and wear and can deteriorate over time. If they are not replaced along with the connecting rod, they may not be able to support the new connecting rod properly, causing engine running problems.

Symptoms of worn main bearings can vary, but there are a few signs to look out for:
1. Engine noise may become louder and a clicking noise may be heard when idling, especially when the bike is cold.
2. Vibrations: Bad main bearings can cause abnormal vibrations throughout the engine.
